DOI-induced head twitches in mice. LSP1-2111 was given 45 min before the test. WAY100635 (a) was also injected 45 min while (R)-(+)-8-Hydroxy-DPAT hydrobromide (b) 15 min before the test. The number of head twitches was measured immediately after DOI administration.
