Fig. 3 — Hybrid technique for complete ejaculatory duct obstruction. (A) Small space of the prostatic urethra. (B) Using Ho:YAG laser with a 550 µm laser fiber (Lumenis, Yokneam, Israel), unroofing of midline prostate cyst was performed.
