Analysis of S1P2R signaling in recombinant CHO-S1P2 cells using impedance assays.
A, CHO-S1P2 cells were stimulated with SEW2871, ponesimod, or FTY720-P (0.5–5000 nm), and impedance responses were followed for 15 min. B, cells were preincubated with or without S1P2R antagonist (anta.) and then stimulated with dilution series of FTY720-P. Impedance responses were monitored over 15 min. Concentration-response curves of FTY720-P in the absence or presence of S1P2R antagonist were then generated with impedance values at 2.5 min. The data show a representative experiment (n = 2).
