The flowchart of our data processing and analysis pipeline for common/discrepant DICCCOL identification in three primates. The DICCCOLs in the human brains are used as the templates and they are predicted in the macaque monkey and chimpanzee brains respectively. The common DICCCOLs among three species are identified by group-wise visual verifications and quantitative measurements. The discrepant DICCCOLs are identified using similar criteria.
