Tumor cells treated with docetaxel show increased surface expression of CRT, but do not undergo ICD. Four human tumor cell lines were treated with 2.5–250 ng/ml (black bars), or 3500 ng/ml docetaxel (open bars). Mitoxantrone (1 μM) was used as a positive control (crosshatched bars).
