Precision of parameter estimates were computed from a 100 resampling bootstrap analysis.
hCG0 individual parameters were assumed to follow a Box–Cox (BOCOX) distribution and were implemented as follows: BCOX1=((EXP(ETA(1)))**SHAPE1—1)/SHAPE1; hCG0=THETA(1)*EXP(BCOX1) with SHAPE1 estimated at −0.207 (s.e.: 7.6%), and ETA(1) a random variable following a normal distribution of mean 0 and variance estimated at 4.24 (s.e.: 3.5%).
