(A) Representative plots showed Foxp3 expression in CD4+CD25- T cells cultured with different media for 72 h. The supernatants of AGS cells cultured under normoxic or hypoxic condition were called normoxic medium and hypoxic medium, respectively, while AIM-V medium with or without recombinant human TGF-β1 (reTGF-β1) was named reTGF-β1 medium and control medium, respectively.
