Primary Ctip^+/+ and Ctip^S326A/S326A MEFs were cultured in the (A) absence or (B) presence of mitomycin C (MMC; 40 ng/ml) for 16 h and subjected to karyotype analysis by Giemsa staining. 25 metaphase spreads per cell line were examined for each treatment condition for numerical and structural chromosomal aberrations.
