GH3 cells expressing the LHβ subunit were immunostained with CGβ antiserum (A, green) and mAb 414 (B, red). The merged image (C) indicates co-staining of LHβ subunit with the nuclear pore complex proteins (yellow, arrow). Nuclei (n) were counterstained using TOPRO-iodide-3 (blue shown only in C).
