The Clark-type NO electrode with an aorta holder as attachment for measuring the NO diffusion coefficient in the aortic wall. A segment of aortic ring is longitudinally opened and flatly placed on the co-plane of the electrode tip, and metal pins are used to fix the aortic wall.
