Phosphorylation of EphA2 on S897 regulates the subcellular localization of Ephexin4. (A) MCF-7 cells were transfected with EphA2-WT or EphA2-SA. At 24 h after transfection, they were fixed and subjected to immunofluorescent staining with anti-EphA2 and anti-Ephexin4 antibodies.
