No significant differences were seen between vehicle-treated TNBS mice and TNBS mice that received CBD intraperitoneally (a), intragastrically (b) or intrarectally (c). Treatment with CBD (or with the respective vehicle) was started 1 day before application of TNBS and continued once daily for 3 more days. Until the end of the experiment, mice lost about 15% of their body weight. n = 8; significances were tested by one-way ANOVA and Tukey's post hoc test.
