CP55940-induced increased GRK5 and reduced GRK2 expression levels in CLU213 cells. Cells were incubated with either vehicle (ethanol, 0.01% final concentration) or CP55940 (1 nm) for 72 h. Cells were washed (three times) with PBS every 24 h, and fresh vehicle or CP55940 (1 nm) was added.
