All variants were tested at 2 µM concentration. Some variants demonstrated poor A₄₉₅/A₂₈₀ ratios and should not be directly compared to sfWT (RscG−32 and AscG−30). Improvements to refolding are 3-fold for RscG−24 and 4.5-fold for RscG+15.
