AAS of bulk samples. Values are means ± SE (n = 3–4 dry seed batches for each genotypes). X-ray and RBS spectra of the whole seed section were selected using RISMIN software and analysed using SIMNRA and GUPIX softwares. Concentrations of one representative measured sample are presented; LOD, limit of detection of the measurements (μg·g−1DW).
