HHV-6B-gQ1 and -gQ2 are the key molecules for HHV-6B’s binding with CD134. (A and B) 293T cells were transfected with plasmids harboring individual molecules (indicated as different colors in histograms) or control plasmid (gray shading) and harvested 24 h later.
