X-Gluc incubated Col-0 uninucleate microspores and pollen grains. No GUS staining (right column) is detected in late uninucleate microspores (Uni), nor in the bicellular (Bi) or tricellular (Tri) pollen grains of wild-type Col-0 landrace. The inflorescences were incubated overnight with X-Gluc substract to induce GUS staining.
