Reactive oxygen species (ROS) production was assessed in HTM3 cells after stimulation by BAK or commercial solutions of prostaglandin analogs: latanoprost, travoprost, and bimatoprost, preserved with BAK 0.02%, 0.015%, and 0.005%, respectively, and preservative-free tafluprost.
