Note:
There were significant genotype effects on Visuospatial/constructional index (F=4.25, p<0.01). Further, there was a linear negative correlation between the number of Met 66 alleles and the Visuospatial/Constructional Index score in controls (p<0.01) and in patients (p=0.07).
There was a significant genotype × diagnosis effect on Attention (F=3.15, p<0.05). Patients who were Val homozygous had significantly higher Attention index scores than patients who were Met homozygous (p<0.05). There were no genotype differences in Attention among healthy controls (F=0.82, p>0.05).
