The AMPA/kainate antagonist NBQX blocks the antidepressant-like effect of GLYX-13. Mean (±SEM) floating time in the Porsolt test in animals pre-treated with NBQX (10 mg/kg, IP) before GLYX-13 (3 mg/kg, IV) dosing and tested 1 h post-dosing.
