Confocal microscopy of Cy3-anti-miR-155 containing GLN and Lac-GLN in liver (A) and other organs (B). Liver, lung, and spleen were harvested from C57BL/6 mice after 4 hr intravenous administration of Cy3-anti-miR-155 containing GLN or Lac-GLN. Cy3 fluorescence signals were visualized on an Olympus FV1000 Filter Confocal Microscope.
