Effects of TCDD on cell viability (A) and the enzymatic activity of AChE (B,C) in cultured neuronal SK‑N‑SH cells incubated with TCDD (10–11 to 10–9 M) or 0.1% DMSO (control) for 6–48 hr. (A) Cell viability was assessed by MTT assay 48 hr after exposure. Dose response (B) and time course (C) showing suppression of AChE activity by TCDD.
