Functional characterization of IMR90-human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC)-derived DA neurons after 21 days of differentiation. (A–C): Immunocytochemical analysis shows that ANL-infected IMR90-hiPSC-derived DA neurons coexpress TH and SYT. (D–G): These cells share electrophysiological activity such as incoming Na+ (D) and outgoing K+ (E) ionic currents, multiple evoked potential (F), and spontaneous pace-making activity (G).
