AlphaScreen assay development. A) Substrate titration revealed a strong increase in the AlphaScreen signal with concentrations above 8 nM with a maximum intensity at approximately 800 nM. B) Signal intensity was sharply lower in the presence of > 1 nM SENP2c. C) SENP2c-induced drop in signal intensity was prevented in the presence of > 40 µM NEM.
