The data are based upon results of between 5 and 29 independent experiments. Note that Δc5 indicates that the complete coding sequence for cytochrome c5 has been deleted, but c5Δ200–279 lacks only the last 80 codons, which include the second heme-binding domain of cytochrome c5.
