Recovery of nocodazole-disrupted MTs in PK15 cells infected with PrV. PK15 cells were mock infected or infected with PrV for 12 h before being treated with 10 μM nocodazole. One hour later, the drug was washed out and cells were fixed after the indicated time. Immunolabeling was carried out as described for Fig. 6. Arrowheads indicate centers of MT growth in infected cells (orange) or uninfected cells (yellow). Asterisks indicate infected cells in panels also containing uninfected cells.
