Recovery of nocodazole-disrupted MTs in HFFF2 cells infected with HSV-1. HFFF2 cells were mock infected or infected with HSV-1 for 12 h before being treated with 10 μM nocodazole. One hour later, the drug was washed out and cells fixed after the indicated time. Immunolabeling was carried out as described for Fig. 6. Arrowheads indicate centers of MT growth.
