Leaves were exposed to hyperosmotic stress prior to fractionation to determine changes in lipid expression. Each bar is composed of several lipids (e.g. 18:3, 18:2, 18:1, 18:0, and 16:0). PtdIns = phosphatidylinositol, PtdIns4P = phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate, PtdIns(4,5)P2 = phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate, ER = endoplasmic reticulum. Bars are means ± S.D. n=3–5.
