Rg5 suppressed LPS-induced expression of TNF-α, IL-1β, COX-2 and MMP-9 in BV2 cells. (A) The cells were pre-treated with the indicated concentration of Rg5 for 1 h, followed by treatment of LPS (100 ng/mL) for 6 h. Total RNA was isolated from the cells, and RT-PCR was performed to measure the mRNA levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, COX-2 and MMP-9.
