Lithocholic acid derivatives partially discriminate between A and B Eph receptor subclasses. a), isolithocholic acid and b), cholanic acid dose-dependently displace the binding of ephrin-A1-Fc and the ephrin-B1-Fc ectodomain from immobilized EphA-Fc or EphB-Fc ectodomains, respectively.
