Table 3.

Summary of mean fractional anisotropy within GP cortical tracts used for the pathways of interest analysis. The mean fractional anisotropy within these pathways was reduced in the patient group compared to the controls (mean ± SE). Post-hoc t-tests were performed to assess the significance of this difference. The resulting p-value is shown in column 4. M1: Primary Motor Cortex; SMA: Supplementary Motor Area; FEF: Frontal Eye Fields; ACG: Anterior Cingulate Gyrus; LOC: Lateral Orbital Cortex; DLPFC: Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex; Pre-SMA: Pre-Supplementary Motor Area.
