GFP⁻CD4⁺ T cells were isolated from Foxp3-GFP mice and sorted forlack of GFPexpression. 2×10⁵ GFP⁻ cells were transferred to the indicated recipient mice i.v. Mice were left untreated or infected with H. pylori SS1 for 8 weeks. RNA was isolated from gastric tissue to determine relative GFP expression in the stomach. Each group contained 3-6 mice.
