The experiment was performed as in Fig. 1, except that the human plasma apoC-I was at 5 µg per ml and the individual helices were present at the same molar helix concentration. (B) Cholesterol efflux to lipid-free human plasma apoA-II and individual A-II helical peptides. The human plasma apoA-II was present at 5 µg per ml and the individual helical peptides were present at the same molar helix concentration. Bars represent mean ± 1 sample SD of three replicates. Black bars represent the absence of cAMP, and gray bars represent the presence of cAMP.
