(B) While mean values of MMP-9 expression suggest an increase in CSE and VDD-CSE treated mouse lungs, expression of MMP-9 was not significantly different when comparing various treatment groups. (C) Expression of TIMP-1 was significantly different in VDD-CSE mice from CSE group (p = 0.0448).
