All rural-urban comparisons are statistically significant, p<.0001. Cancer types do not sum to 7,804 because some survivors reported multiple cancers. Gynecologic cancers include cervix, uterus, and ovary. FPL= federal poverty level; in 2009/2010 FPL was $22,050 for a family of 4. SE= standard error
