Increased protein kinase A (PKA) responses to adrenomedullin (ADM) but not to iloprost in differentiated myofibroblasts compared with quiescent fibroblasts. Human lung fibroblasts were kept quiescent or treated with 1 ng/ml TGF-β1 for 3 days to induce myofibroblast differentiation.
