293T fibroblasts were stably transfected with either pYCAGIP-PGC-1α or control vector to generate stable clones. The expression of PGC-1α in both clones was examined by Western blot (A), and their expression level of FoxO6 was examined by qRT-PCR (B). The level of FoxO6 in control cells was arbitrarily set as 1-fold.**, P<0.01 as compared with that of control cells.
