MEFs were infected with C. trachomatis and media +/− IFNγ at 100 U/ml was replaced at 3 hpi. Cells were fixed at 20 hpi and stained with anti-C. trachomatis and anti-GKS antibodies. The frequency of GKS-positive inclusions is shown in MEFs of the indicated genotypes. Graph represents average values ± SD. Data are representiaitve of three independent experiments.
