Human prostate epithelial PZ-HPV-7 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of triol for 48 hrs. Relative cell viability was determined by MTT assay as described in Material and Methods. Cell numbers were normalized to control (dimethylsulfoxide treatment) for each cell line.
