FSL is the eddy current correction method provided by this library (S₀ was used as reference). RBF is the reconstruction method presented in this paper. H_fa = Entropy of FA over the brain, ${\overline{FA}}_{\mathit{csf}}$ = mean FA over the CSF, and σ_csf = normalized standard deviation of the diffusion signal over the CSF.
