A, COS-7 cells were transfected with Sharp-1 and Sharp-1 2KR alone or together with SUMO-1. 48 h later, cells were fixed and stained with anti-Myc antibody. DAPI was used to stain and visualize nuclei. B, 293T cells were transfected with 9E-TK-Luc reporter (100 ng) along with Sharp-1 (50 ng) or Sharp-1 2KR (50 ng) as indicated. 48 h later, cells were harvested, and luciferase activity was measured.
