One patient refused operation; two patients were not operable because of unassociated illness and comorbidities and seven patients with Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors progressive disease received neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by breast-conserving surgery (n = 3) or mastectomy (n = 4).
