Pure-tone ABR thresholds were mildly elevated in homozygotes when compared to their heterozygote and wild type littermates at 8 kHz (P<0.05*) and 32 kHz (P<0.01**). There were no significant differences in thresholds between heterozygotes and wild type littermates at any frequency. All animals were tested at approximately 3 months age.
