Within group changes were determined by Wilcoxon rank-sum test: aP < 0.05 (acupuncture group); bP < 0.01 (acupuncture group); cP < 0.05 (exercise group); dP < 0.01 (exercise group); eP < 0.001 (exercise group); fP < 0.05 (control group).
