The athymic mice bladder tumor model of KU7 was used as described in Methods. Tumor weights (in grams) reached at the experimental endpoint and expressed as mean weight of tumors harvested for each group of mice in the 4 treatment arms, as indicated. Similar findings obtained using 253J-BV cells (data not shown).
