Effect of ethanolic extract of H. sabdariffa on oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in normal (a) and diabetic rats (b). The tail vein blood was collected before and at 30, 60, and 120 min after glucose loading (2 g/kg, orally) for measuring blood glucose at 0, 30, 60, and 120 min, respectively.
