Diffusion coefficients D and hydrodynamic radii R_hyd of relevant sugars and the fluorescent tracer fluorescein.

All D were determined in water at 25 °C. R_hyd determined from 3D structure of hydrated molecules was measured as the shortest radius in order to take the cylindrical form of molecules into account.
