A channel recording shows the effect of hydrogen peroxide on the basolateral 10 pS Cl channels. The experiment was performed in a cell-attached patch and holding potential was āˆ’60 mV (hyperpolarization). The top trace shows the time course of the experiments and three parts of the traces indicated by numbers are extended to show the fast time resolution. The channel closed level was indicated by a dotted line and ā€œCā€.
