Ca2+ isochronal maps from same FIC strip before (C) and after (D) mucosa removal demonstrate that denuding FIC strip altered intrinsic Ca2+ activity pattern, showing that it originated from detrusor layer and likely represents smooth muscle intrinsic activity. Isochronal delay was 0.12 milliseconds.
