Human and porcine CASMCs were incubated in the presence of either a SMDS or G-1 (1 µM and 10 nM) for 1 and 2 day followed by immunostaining using anti-α-smooth muscle antibody and FITC-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green).
